Lori Rodriguez, the Business Development Director, brings over two decades of transformative leadership in Learning & Development. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Lori has built a reputation for aligning strategic learning initiatives with organizational growth, driving high-impact talent development, and forging lasting partnerships. Her deep industry expertise encompasses enterprise-wide training strategies, instructional design leadership, change management, and the implementation of cutting-edge educational technologies.
Lori's unique blend of operational know-how and a passion for human potential allows her to deeply understand client needs and translate them into scalable learning solutions. She is dedicated to expanding BDA Learning's reach and empowering organizations to cultivate high-performing, future-ready workforces.
Kayce Layhew serves as Creative Director for BDA Learning, bringing a unique combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and visual storytelling to the organization. She is currently pursuing a degree in Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin, where she is developing her expertise in creative strategy, branding, communication, and audience engagement.
At BDA, Kayce oversees the organization’s creative and digital presence, including managing website interest forms, developing graphics and visual content, collaborating with Learning Architects to create engaging learning deliverables, and managing BDA’s social media accounts. With a highly creative mindset and a strong eye for design, Kayce brings fresh ideas and thoughtful visual direction to every project, helping BDA create learning experiences and communications that are both engaging and impactful.

Kay Layhew, Founder of BDA Learning, brings over two decades of experience aligning executive business vision with high-impact talent development strategies that drive measurable organizational growth. Throughout her career, Kay has designed and executed award-winning global learning initiatives that transformed performance for tens of thousands of employees while directly supporting key business objectives.
To translate strategic goals into tangible results, Kay specializes in Executive Alignment & Strategy by partnering with business leaders to map vision directly to workforce capability needs. Instructional Architecture & Scale by developing scalable, human-centered learning frameworks—including BDA Learning’s proprietary Before-During-After model—that make professional development actionable and repeatable. Leadership & Culture Transformation by building targeted leadership programs and continuous improvement models that foster long-term engagement, capability, and retention.
